    I think this is a good idea. The EU has their Data Protection Directive
    that was created for this purpose. Interesting thing is, the EU didn't
    feel the US has adequate measures in place to protect data in the first
    place. So in order to minimize the impact, the Safe Harbor initiative
    was created.

    Perhaps instead it should be illegal to export US customers' data
    without
    their explicit consent,(not a statement stuck in the middle of a EULA)

    rather than try to hold the world under our legal thumb.
