Why to Join?
The sec_managers mailing list was created to fill a need. Good
information security management practices is critical to the security
of any organization. You do not have to be a "manager" to join this
list. Instead the term manager is used to represent a decision making
person. This list may cover topics such as internal and external
auditing, risk management, risk assessment, privacy issues, laws and
regulations, staffing levels, position salary, managed service
provider, security project management, etc...
