    You really can't. The IP is added by your mail server. The only way
    you could change this would be on your e-mail server, but you could only
    remove the Received: headers that existed prior to your mail server
    sending the message out. When the next mail server receives the e-mail,
    it will add the IP of your mail server to the message and there's zilch
    you can do about it.

    If internal IPs are super secret I suggest hiding them with a proxy.
