Have you considered Microsoft's free Software Update Services (SUS)?
Although it does not install Service Packs and has some other quirks, it's a
great solution for a company of your size for installing Microsoft operating
system (and other apps, like Outlook, IE, WMP, etc.) security updates.
Future versions (and currently the SUS Software Assurance version) will also
    install Service Packs.

    Roger

The Gartner Group just put Neoteris in the top of its Magic Quadrant,
while InStat has confirmed Neoteris as the leader in marketshare.
