    Was the sender email address spoofed? I'm sure you
    might've already tried this, but you could just
    examain the email headers, to reveal the sender's IP
    address. You would then report it to Hotmail (or
    whatever) and/or the sender's ISP...
    Please kindly correct me if I have misunderstood the
    question :-).
