    Whilst you do not state which Windows OS you are running - would be helpful
    when seeking advice - there are a couple not mentioned in the posts made by
    other list memebers:

    [a] PrcView v3.7.2.4 from <http://www.prcview.com> lists and hands out the
    hex id and etcetera etcetera and also allows *kills*;

    [b] EndItAll v 2.0.0.0 from PCMagazine written by Neil Rubenking is also a
    good one and allows either a *close* or a *kill*.

    Personally I have both, for different reasons.

    Be impeccable. It means to put your life on the line in order
    to backup your decisions, and then to do quite a lot more than
    your best to realise those decisions. When you are not deciding
    anything, you are merely playing roulette with your life in a
    helter-skelter way.
