Well, strange thing. Do you use a proxy(that the others don't use), and if
so, could it be, that this proxy is a fairly new linux based system?
I've seen this behaviour with linux based hosts(proxies actually) that had
ECN support(which is default activated in 2.4) compiled into the kernel.
Some Devices(mostly FW's) (incorrectly)discard those segments, which leads
to such behaviour.
