well, the inital config is actually very easy. For me, the part that gets
cryptic is the actual hacking of the sendmail.cf file. The rulesets are
quite a pain to setup in my opinion.

If you're even looking at sendmail.cf, you already messed up.
Setting up Sendmail, for more than 99% of the installs out there, is:
- download source.
- tar zxf source.
- cd into source dir.
