I see them as management's way to fire and retaliate against individual
employees for abusing the e-mail system if caught.

Subject: Email disclaimers

Hi,

We are a Canadian based company and we were wondering about the
pertinence of adding a disclaimer at the end of our Email messages.

So we have those few questions :

1- Is it really worth it?

2- Have any of you seen a court use of those disclaimers where it was
worth the while of adding it?

3- Where can I get samples of disclaimers that are useful?

:-{)

Merci

Mart!
