Are you running a mail server on the NT box? If so, get something that
can work with the mail server and scan the passing emails for viruses
as that seems to be a rather common attack vector these days.

If you run IIS on it, make sure it is patched and set up properly, not
only today, but check regularly for updates from MS.

Otherwise, I personally like F-Secure http://www.f-secure.com/ because
it is easy to deploy network-wide and can easily be set up to
automatically fetch and install updates and also distribute them to
your clients. Since you already run Norton, have a look if they might
have a similar solution, it will save time to not have to check two
different virus systems for updates, security flaws etc.
