IRC related services

Hello,

I have the following problem: My box isn't connecting to any IRC related =
services such as eggdrops and all these. I was a target of a big DoS =
attack yesterday and I used to have great problems that are now fixed. =
The only thing left is that. I do not have a firewall and I don't know =
if its a block or something that causes my problem.
