How about another guess, "A typo" instead of
 netbios-ssn
they typed in:
 netbios-ssh

port 139

Close keys on qwerty keyboard, and look similar in print.

netbios-ns 137/tcp # NETBIOS Name Service
netbios-ns 137/udp
netbios-dgm 138/tcp # NETBIOS Datagram Service
netbios-dgm 138/udp
netbios-ssn 139/tcp # NETBIOS session service
netbios-ssn 139/udp

Where to find info? MS Web site, and samba.org would be two guesses. Maybe
even some RFC too for support/background ...
