Good points - and I agree about the "legality" or requirement over the use
of the word "Welcome". I think in this case it was more one of
interpretation over legality. The customer was of the thinking that having
the word "Welcome" at the beginning of their logon banners implied an
invitation to enter the site (don't fully understand/appreciate the logic
Other than that, John, you obviously understand far more about the
legalities of such things. I was just offering up an example of what I've
