Purdue University has one of the best graduate programs in Computer
Security.  Their CERIAS center is world famous, and Spaff is one of the
professors there.  You should consider them.

 I have a M.S(computer science) degree form a
University in USA. I am working
in web/application security area. I am looking for
good  educational resources/schools to do my Ph.D
in Internet/Network/Web security area. Any
information about accredited schools in USA will be
