Services and Controllers is used for dns look ups. If you don't
allow it name resolution breaks on windows. The newer version(s) of
zonealarm actually warn you about this (me guesses a lot of people
have run into this problem, I know I sure did).

ZoneAlarmPro tells me, whenever I access the internet, that it wants
to go
there..why does this happen. If I say no, then no pages are found in
IE6. A
little curious. Does IE6 need this app..? TIA. Cheers all.
P.S. No reference to this app in my Win2kPro book or the help files.
