Drag and drop the mail message and open it with notepad or when mailopen in View menu select Option.

hey,

can anyone tell me how to view all the information in an Outlook 2000
header. I right click on the "header" in the preview pane and choose "view
header" but all i get is "To" and "From" information. I want to see the
mail server names.

any ideas.
