Please , I am developing a tool that encrypts and decrypts IP packets , just
like a litle VPN , and I have wrote all the code for my linux box , but I
would like to write it for my Windows box , but I don´t know how to do it .
I was thinking in something like use the raw sockets , but it need to be
under the tcp/ip stack , I think ... maybe I am wrong ...
Please , if someone can help me , I will be very gratefull ...
