Chasing a ghost is a little bit hard and it needs a consolidated effort from
your ISP,
Remote site/host and etc. Also, a lot of utility tools can alter the source
port and source
ip address. But yes you can....and one way to this is via Open-Source
Testing Methodology

Hi,
I'm wondering if there is any way to detect if someone has a router
with enabled IP Maquerading or NAT (Network Adress Translation) on a
specific IP, if you're able to see all connections to and from the IP
(for example when you're the ISP).
