The tough part of that is that no matter how much you warn them, there is
the element that will see "Anna Kournikova.jpg.vbs" and click on it no
matter what. Their brain never made it past the .jpg portion. Their brain
freezes at thoughts of female flesh.

You could tell them 100 times, walk away, send the virus to them 30 seconds
later, and they would click it anyway.
