strange behavior from hotmail?

earlier today I logged into my hotmail account, and after I entered in my
password, an error box (Unable to... error 0)came up with an "ok" button,
followed by the screen.. this is the boueyeee (or something to that effect),
I was able to shut down and relogin (and change my password) anyone else see
this, or can advise me about what happened? Thanks
