I have to agree Sven:
It is absolutely no problem to do as often nat as you want.
If you search information about this:
Any NAT-HOWTO matches this topic, because it doesnt matter if your
"NATing"-Firewall uses a "real" Gateway as target or an Gateway-Router who
does also NAT. The Configuration of the devices is (in theory!) the same.
