how to install wincap remotly ?

Question to all

is there a Way to install wincap for NT on a remote mashine in that
kind, that you copy the necessary files and manepulate the regestry ? i
have tried the following....

first i have made a dump of the regestry by regdmb.... after that i have
installed wincap for NT by setup. then i have made a dump again, and
have compared this dumps by fc. but tere are so many changes, and i
don´t know anything now... perhaps it helps to make a regdump of a
smaller area of the regestry, but i don´t know.

can somebody help me ? pleeeeeeeeeeeessssssss help me.
