Flawfinder updated (version 0.21)

My C/C++ source code scanning tool, flawfinder, has been updated
to version 0.21. This is minor update; the primary update is a
fix to a minor bug in the vulnerability database that caused
certain safe calls to syslog() to trigger as if they were unsafe.
