First two choices I come up with:
Process Monitor -
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx - it's
what a lot of folks use when putting together MSI packages for
deployment.
Incontrol5 - you'll have to search for that, though. Might be a
later/better version, too.
