Security/Pen-testing Courses?

Hi everybody,

I've recently started working as an application security specialist. I'm fairly technical, and have a strong programming and security background.

My boss wants me to take a course, something a week long. The only catch is that our travel budget is nil, and fiscal year ends in under 2 months, so it has to be online and soon.

I'm hoping for something on application auditing, general pen-testing, code review/code security, or something similar.

Can anybody here make any recommendations?

Thanks!
Ron
