Pen Test Vendor

Folks,

Anyone of you can help has a reference ( e.g. web site, PDF doc) that identify how frequent organizations has to change the vendor conducting pen test for the Nnetworks?.
I know from security perspective it?s recommended to change the P.T vendor to ensure the quality of the test.


Any body can help?
