they might be using some kind of a virtual interface. Can you pls post the mac
address to check if it is a known one?
Can you be more specific about how the wifi hot spot works (vpn requered,
etc?)

addresses. Is this some security thing the hotspot had going on? Or is
it some kind of devious thing going on by one of the other customers in
