Hi Vinod,
one advice, share your findings with the vendor first; otherwise, you
could get into troubles. if he authorizes the publish then securityfocus
could be great to spread it,
milworm is very interesting if you also write a PoC (proof of concept);

procedure for getting it published on securityfocus or
milworm.
