Also in IE if you click on the 3rd square from right (right besides
the place in the status bar that says "Internet" or "Intranet"). This
would bring the popup blocker menu. Please note that there is no
icon in that square but still double-clicking pops up the Pop-up
blocker settings. From there you can click on "Learn more about Add
Ons..." and get into the help.
