Honestly, man, I think you got the most common alternatives that are free. :) I think a combination of all of those tools is a good approach, albeit not very time-efficient especially if you are on time-limited engagements.

Some more are here (http://sectools.org/web-scanners.html) but really only offers up Wikto in addition to the for-pay scanners.
