sh proc c on the routers during data transfer, sh int and sh ip int during the data transfer (look at stats, errors, etc.), nail up the routers so there's no autonegotiation on any of their interfaces. Also, what model(s) of routers are they?
What tools have you been using to test bandwidth and throughput?
