They have IPs which are registered to ISP. They are using these IP for all servers and running websites from them. We have to find out what are the web sites running under each IP/server. The only data we have is the IP. Rev. DNS is pointing to ISP.

Wat about looking for the dns records of the server ? Even named virtual hosts need to be findable. Unless they have a wilcard in the dns record by which any name .domain will be forwarded to the webserver.
