My few cents on this one!!
Pen testing profession involves the passion for discovering and raising the bar(on your own otherwise you might loose ur job , if the attacker manages to do it first!!).
It requires highest level of commitment and ethics. As, it is sometimes very tempting to cross the thin line between closing the vulnerabilites and re-exploting them to generate your own business..
