Re: Pen-Test Blackberry

I am not one to burst people's bubbles and their curiousity if it could be done, but what is the legality of pen-testing Blackberry and the cellular provider. IMHO, this would be a big LEGAL issue if let's say the pen-testing led to access to Cingular, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc. T-Mobile does not prefer such publicity as we have observed, and will go out of their way to reduce one's assets to not much more than .02..

Have you inspected the devices? Do they lock the screen after a certain
interval? If not, the loss of the device would mean total disclosure of the
email contained therein.
