With some work you can get nmap and nessus running (you still need aCenzic offeres nessus daemon for windows v2.x
*nix host to run the nessus daemon).
Tennable just released Nessus3 for win32 ( basicly Newt thrown
around a windows daemon )
Also, Xscan from Xfocus.org uses the nasl engine.
You can look at Tennable's commercial productssee above
or Core Impact's,Core Impact is more tailored to exploiting found vulnerabilitys as is
Metasploit and Canvas, these are post-vulnerability assessment tools.
In my experience I have found nearly any tool I need for vuln / pentest
work in a windows program. You can always use live linux cd's to
use what ever does not work in a win32 environment ( like Backtrack from http://www.remote-exploit.org )
