to access to the vlan voice, you must add the module 8021q on your linux box, after use the tool "vconfig" to add a virtual interface tagged with the ID 124

# modprobe 8021q
# vconfig add eth0 124

next request an IP with DHCP and specify your interface eth0.124
# pump eth0.124

on the windows box some card "intel PRO/100 VE and broadcom" can be configured for vlan access:

Now you have an interface in the vlan 124 "eth0.124" and you can use some tools for exemple you can performed ARP MITM with ettercap

# ettercap - eth0.124
