Actually, I think it's more like 25,000 yearly now, for an unlimited license, one seat, and 15,000 for a license of something like 200 hosts. Core Impact 4.0 was 2,495 at base price, from what I can determine. Go figure. The product must have done well :) Canvas is still under 3K, though. I couldn't begin to compare them personally, but a lot of folks seem to think they're close in performance. Impact looks like it has richer features, though, and nice reporting.
