Live Bootable Windows CD's come in the form of WINPE. Check out Barts
PE at http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/. It is a Live Windows XP CD. You
can add a slew of tools to it to do what you want. There are also a
large amount of plugins available for it. Unfortunately, MS isn't
pumping out LIVE Security CD's. As for OSX I have no idea.
