If you are looking at commercial tools you may want to take a look at
Traffic IQ Pro, it's an advanced stateful traffic replay tool and it comes
with a library of over 700 types of normal and threat traffic files you can
test with, you can also add your own, it also has a built in command line if
you like to script tests, detailed reporting and plenty of other features.
It can be used to test the configuration of pretty much any network or
security device, firewalls, IPS /IDS, anti spyware, etc it's built to be a
universal testing tool.
