Hi Eric,
I have been doing some bus dev work for BeyondSecurity (www.beyondsecurity.com) and imho this is the most complete tool around at the moment at a much lower pricepoint than Qualys.
Most interest I get from customers that are already using Nessus because doing it with an automated tool like BeyondSecurity saves a lot of time so you can scan every week.
