If the trouble occurs with IIS 6.0 and ASP/Jscript pages, your answer way be here: http://www.natweb.net/support/FAQ/asp.htm. I had the sampe trouble as well, it was IIS settings in Win2K3 (a registry key) :(

Objet : IE caching issue
Wondering if any one else has experienced IE caching web pages that are marked no-cache after viewing source code. I am in the process of running a
trial but looking for other input. Below are the meta tags that are set on
the web pages:
Cache-control: No-cache
Pragma: No-cache
Expires: -1
If anyone can shed some light on this issue it would be greatly apprecated.
