    while unlikely, they could have some time based ACL. MAC addresses 1 and 2 can only access mon and wed while *** and Jane are supposed to be at work. Have you tried watching for when particular MACs are active. Also, it could be that there is some TGT implementation, you have to authenticate to server A in order for server B to allow you...Just a couple of shots in the dark. Good lock(er luck).
