    Hi Ricardo

    You cannot recover the password. If you can console to the device than use
    the serial number as the user ID and the password, but it will reset the
    device to the factory default. The password encryption is not exactly MD5,
    it look more like a blowfish kind of encryption and even with a fast
    computer and the right program to crack the password will take you months if
    not years to crack it. Your best bet would be, of course you have to have a
    backup of the configuration, to reset the device to the factory default,
    copy and paste the configuration onto the device and change the set admin
    password line to the new password before you paste it.
