OK, so there has been a lot of chatter about the WFS-1 WIFI detector from SmartID ( http://www.smartid.com.sg/prod01.htm ); it was even the focus of a SecurityFocus article ( http://www.securityfocus.com/infocus/1727 ). This little gadget seems perfect for sweeping buildings for wireless network access, which has applications both in general security and in penetration testing. The only problem is that nobody seems to sell the device. Has anybody had any luck finding one somewhere? The only place I have found it is on directron.com, but it is back ordered and the price is seriously inflated.

    Thanks,
