Heya all,

In an attempt to pick up the quality of the list I will be dropping posts
which ask questions having been addressed on the list in the last 12
months. I'll make exceptions on posts which deserve to be revisited but
otherwise I'll attempt to hold to the policy. The quality of the list tends
to move up and down depending on the amount of time I have to spend vetting
posts. Hopefully this will help stabilize it somewhat.
