Yes. Installed Winpcap 2.3 beta and Ethereal 0.8.2. Works perfect.

Maybe you are using the old Winpcap 2.2 driver, which is is explicit
not to work under WinXp.

NmapNT doesnt not seem to work. Maybe this is because of the beta
stage of the driver, but Erthreal works perfect with XP Pro.
