breaking out of chroot jail

Are there any documented ways of breaking out of chroot jails in RedHat
Linux 7.0?

We have 5 users chrooted on their ssh based shell access.

I am also trying to find ways of breaking out of chroot jails for users such
as bind, wuftpd and others...
