In that case you might have better luck going through your account
executive/ sales rep.
When a company I'm dealing with is farking up the works, gently
reminding the sales guy, that there ARE other vendors out there that
are more than happy to take my business, is a wonderful way of
getting a little "inside pressure" to help take care of the problem.
