Abuse@microsoft.com is now run by their product support services. Good
for dealing with the mailing list subscription issues, not so good for
the technical stuff. You might try the NOC contacts from the domain
registrations.
I'd pass this on but I'm not with Microsoft anymore and don't know who
is now handling these things so I'd have to use the noc contact myself.
