Hi,

t-dialin.net is the dialin-pool of the german telco "Deutsche Telekom"
who is providing dial-up for the german isp "T-Online"...

They are both offspring of our past public authority "Deutsche Bundespost"
and behave as such (in terms of bureaucracy (speed, flexibility,...)).

So you complain to the ISP[1] and are told to contact the Telco[2] who in
turn promisses to forward your issue back to the ISP... Essentially you
are screwed.

If you are happy enough to have a criminal investigation going on your
chances are better to reach someone high enough in the food-chain, but
these investigations typically last long enough so that all records have
already been erased due to issues regarding protection of privacy[3]...

1) try abuse@t-online.de

2) try abuse@t-ipnet.de

3) which is a good thing, by the way, and it's clearly the fault of the
german police which thinks that it's ok to start investigating
 two years after the incident
